The service was great! I actually went to look at the Ford Fusion at the dealership down the street and waited almost an hour without being helped. At the Chevy Dealer I was helped right away and sent to new car sales. Greg greeted me immediately and made the whole process run smoothly. I will say that I do not completely understand the warranties as pertaining to the spray coating on the interior/exterior or the tire warranty. I was told this information with details would come in the mail later on, but I assume that it is still to early to discount that they may be on their way. Overall, I love my new cruze with exception that the spray coating on the seats has a reaction with all types of blue jean brands, which means I have to wipe my seats down once a week now. I would definitely buy another Chevy vehicle. When I buy my next Chevy it will definitely be from Greg and in the meantime I will continue to tell all my friends about him and his dealership. Mydealer - Sandy McMenomay - was wonderful. First, she knew everything about thevehicle, other Chevy products and the competition. I am always disappointed bysalespersons who do not know the product they are selling. Sandy, didn't disappoint.Second, she was polite and patient. We spoke months before I purchased thevehicle and she "checked in" without being annoying. Third, shehandled my financing request (Chase) with aplomb. Fourth, she arranged to havemy hitch installed before pickup. Fifth, she got my old Saturn Aura, a birthdaypresent to my son, serviced and polished for his "surprise." I recently purchased a truck from Mike Savoie Chevrolet. Upon my arrival I received EXTREMELY GREAT service and very warm welcome, this continued throughout my purchase dealings. My salesman was Shannon and he did an exceptional job at making me feel comfortable with the purchase I was embarking on and answered any question I had making the process of my purchase smooth and delightful. I just bought a 2012 Equinox. First let me say I had been to several dealers looking for the available colors and Mike Savoie was the only dealership I found with every color made, several different option packages, and great internet service. I worked with Shannon through email and found a car I was interested in. We met Shannon and we had the best experience working with him and the rest of the staff including meeting Mike Savoie himself.

I would personally like to thank Shannon for the excellent service and time provided along with the staff of Jeff, Keith, and Mike.

The main reason I decided to purchase my Cruze at Mike Savoie was due to our sales representative, Paul Rooney. I have purchased over a dozen vehicles in my lifetime. This was the first time I felt like a real customer and I felt like Paul was fully understanding of my needs. Most sales reps are looking for a quick sale and overlook or do not show they have the customers interests in mind. This was not the case with Paul Rooney. He took time to answer all of my questions and research the one's in front of us for the questions he didn't know the answers to. If it wasn't for Paul Rooney, I may have purchased my Cruze from the Chevy dealer that is about 2 miles from my house, vice from Mike Savoie Chevrolet which is about 11 miles away.

The reason I had bought the Vibe was because I didn't like the Cobalt or HHR and wanted a little car that was great on gas to drive back and forth to work, that offered XM, Onstar and was safe to drive.
